My Promise
Every product in my shop has been chosen with care and vetted for quality before it's listed. If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't as described — I will make it right, every time.
Returns
I accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return email help@kindlyofferings.com with your order number and reason for return. I will respond within one business day with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected I will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
I'm happy to exchange an item for a different size or color where available. Email help@kindlyofferings.com and I'll get it sorted within one business day.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective please email help@kindlyofferings.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. I will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no return shipping required.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item I will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item immediately.
Custom Printed Items
Items printed to order — including water bottles, mugs, tees, and tote bags — are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons the following cannot be returned once opened: skincare, wellness products, candles, and baby care items — unless defective.
