I started Kindly Offerings because I got tired of buying things that cost the earth to make them.

My Story

Not just financially — but literally. Products wrapped in plastic, shipped from factories with no names, made by hands I'd never know. I wanted something different. A shop where every single item could answer the question: where did you come from, and were you made with care?

In 2022 I went hiking in Arkansas and packed the usual kit — synthetic gear, fast-fashion layers, plastic water bottles. Somewhere around mile 40, sitting at a cold stream, I started thinking about how disconnected the things I carried felt from the place I was in. I came home and started researching.

What I found surprised me. There were hundreds of small makers worldwide — cork farmers in Portugal, bamboo weavers in Vietnam, botanical soap makers in Kyoto — producing extraordinary goods that most people never found, buried beneath mass-market results and fast shipping promises.

Kindly Offerings was my answer to that problem. A single place to find goods made with real hands, real materials, and a real regard for the world they come from.

 

WHAT KINDLY OFFERINGS IS

I'm a one-person curated dropshipping store based in Austin, Texas. That means I hold no inventory — instead I work directly with vetted makers and suppliers around the world who ship straight to you. No warehouse. No waste. No middleman adding plastic wrap and a generic thank-you card.

Every product on this site has been chosen the way you'd choose a gift for someone you love — carefully, with thought for what it took to make it and what it will mean to receive it.

 

WHAT I LOOK FOR

Before anything goes live on this shop I ask six questions:

• Can I name every material it's made from?
• Does it carry a third-party certification I trust?
• Will it last five years or more with normal use?
• Is the packaging plastic-free?
• Can I tell the maker's story?
• Would I be proud to give it as a gift?

If a product can't answer at least four of those honestly — it doesn't come here.

 

WHAT I STAND FOR

Material Honesty
I only carry products made from materials that can be named and traced. Natural rubber, organic cotton, cork, beeswax, bamboo, recycled stainless steel. If the ingredient list reads like a chemistry exam, it doesn't belong here.

Fair Hands
Every supplier I work with must demonstrate fair wages and safe working conditions. I ask, I verify, and I visit when I can. The people who make these things matter as much as what they make.

Light Footprint
All orders ship plastic-free in recycled or compostable packaging. I offset 100% of shipping emissions through my reforestation partner. Every order plants one tree.

Genuine Curation
I turn down more products than I accept. There is no algorithm choosing what goes on this shop. Every item is reviewed by me personally — because the curation is the brand.

Long Life Design
I don't carry trend products. Everything here is designed to last — to be used, repaired, and loved for years. A yoga mat that becomes part of your practice. A mug that earns its place on your shelf. Things worth keeping.
