ORDERS & PAYMENT
How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. I accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal through Shopify's secure checkout. Payment is charged at the time of purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email help@kindlyofferings.com within 2 hours of placing your order and I'll do my best to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched to the supplier I'm unable to cancel it — but my return process is straightforward if you change your mind.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase. If you don't see it within a few minutes please check your spam folder or email help@kindlyofferings.com with your name and order details.
Can I place an order as a gift?
Absolutely. At checkout leave a note in the order comments with any gift message and I'll pass it along to the supplier where possible. Gift wrapping is not currently available but is coming soon.
What currency do you charge in?
All prices are in US dollars. If you're ordering internationally your bank will convert at the current exchange rate.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Print on demand items (mugs, water bottles, tees) take 3–5 business days before shipping. Once shipped you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Estimated delivery times:
- US Standard: 3–7 business days
- US Express: 1–2 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $65. Orders under $65 ship for a flat rate of $6.95.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — I ship to 40+ countries. Rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Click the link in that email to follow your package. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of your order email help@kindlyofferings.com.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — what do I do?
Tracking sometimes pauses during transit especially on international orders. Wait 48 hours and check again. If it still hasn't moved email help@kindlyofferings.com and I'll look into it right away.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Because I work with multiple suppliers around the world some orders may arrive in separate packages at different times. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each package. There is no extra shipping charge for split orders.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
I accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. Email help@kindlyofferings.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email help@kindlyofferings.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and I will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately. No return shipping required.
I received the wrong item — what do I do?
Email help@kindlyofferings.com with your order number and a photo. I'll arrange the correct item to be sent immediately and cover all return shipping costs.
Can I return a custom printed item?
Custom printed items — including water bottles, mugs, tees, and tote bags — are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Can I return skincare or wellness products?
For health and hygiene reasons opened skincare, wellness products, candles, and baby care items cannot be returned unless defective. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected I'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — email help@kindlyofferings.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for. I'll check availability and get it sorted within one business day.
PRODUCTS & SOURCING
Where do your products come from?
I source from vetted makers and suppliers across 34 countries including the US, EU, Japan, Ecuador, Portugal, and Vietnam. Every supplier is reviewed for material honesty, fair labor practices, and eco-friendly packaging before their products go live on this site.
Are your products really eco-friendly?
I take this seriously. Before listing any product I check for third-party certifications including GOTS, Oeko-Tex, FSC, Fair Trade, and B Corp where applicable. Products made from natural rubber, cork, organic cotton, beeswax, bamboo, and recycled stainless steel are prioritized. If I can't verify a product's materials and sourcing it doesn't come here.
Do you carry certified organic products?
Yes — many products in my shop carry USDA Organic, GOTS, or Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification. Look for the certification mentioned in individual product descriptions.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes — I do not carry any products tested on animals. Skincare and wellness products in my shop are cruelty-free and where possible carry Leaping Bunny certification.
What does print on demand mean?
Print on demand items — water bottles, mugs, tees, tote bags — are printed specifically for you when you place your order. Nothing is made in advance which means zero excess inventory and zero waste. They take slightly longer to ship but are worth the wait.
Can I request a product that isn't in your shop?
Yes — email carla@kindlyofferings.com and tell me what you're looking for. I'm always expanding my catalog and genuinely love hearing what my customers want. I can't promise I'll carry everything but I'll always look into it.
Are your prices negotiable?
I price everything as fairly as I can while keeping the business sustainable. I don't negotiate individual prices but do run seasonal sales and offer a newsletter discount for subscribers.
SUSTAINABILITY
What is your packaging made from?
Every order ships in plastic-free, recycled or compostable packaging. I do not use bubble wrap, styrofoam, or single-use plastic of any kind.
Do you offset shipping emissions?
Yes — 100% of shipping emissions are offset through a verified carbon offset program. Every order also plants one tree through my partnership with One Tree Planted.
Do you have a sustainability report?
Not yet — but it's on my list. In the meantime you can read more about my sourcing values and environmental commitments on my About page.
ACCOUNT & PRIVACY
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save your address, and view order history which makes future purchases easier.
How do you use my personal information?
I use your information only to process and fulfill your order and to send shipping updates. I never sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order. Read my full Privacy Policy for details.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from me. You'll be removed immediately. If you have trouble unsubscribing email carla@kindlyofferings.com and I'll remove you manually.
